An interesting news story about how photo labs are refusing to print certain jobs for fear of infringing copyright. They are worried that some materials presented may be scanned or otherwise acquired in unauthorized ways from professional work.
Copyright law requires photo labs to be on the lookout for portraits and other professional work that should not be duplicated without a photographer’s permission.
