JISC have released a Digital repositories review [pdf] to accompany a call for proposals in the area of repository deployment. The authors are Rachel Heery of UKOLN and Sheila Anderson of the Arts and Humanities Data Service. The review covers developments in e-learning, e-research, and digital library environments, and discusses technical and service issues.
