It reaches back as far as 1995\. This is really a nice resource, consolidating a useful range of papers, both as a current resource (NLA has been an innovator in several important areas) and as a historical record of activity.  
Despite their mission, libraries and library organizations are not always very good at managing and disseminating the publications of their own staff.
