![mygraph.png](https://blog.oclc.org/lorcand/archives/mygraph.png)The graph is generated by the Nexus Facebook application and shows the connections between my Facebook friends. I was interested in how it roughly broke down into a ‘northern’ and a ‘southern’ concentration.  
On inspection, it turns out that folks in the Northern concentration are mostly my US friends (and the most highly connected nodes are OCLC Programs and Research colleagues with whom I have many shared friends). The folks in the Southern contentration are mostly UK friends (and the most highly connected nodes are people who work or worked at [UKOLN](www.ukoln.ac.uk)).  
Not sure it means much, but it was interesting to play with for a while ….
